Due to relocation and the general business of life, AIMMachine has been put on hold for a little while. Some of you have emailed about issues logging in: You will not be able to log in at all or activate accounts until we have the system back up, so we apologize and thank you once again for your patience.
Chin up, though! While you're waiting for AIMMachine to return, check out another Penguin and Penguin project, a free text message service that lets you send text messages to your friends on any wireless carrier! If you can't send an IM, send a DM; and if you can't send a DM, hit up the cell! Enjoy P&P SMS!
Delayed Messages are finally here! Now if your buddy's offline, you can still send him or her a message--for free. Leave a note with AIMMachine to tell your friend about that party later tonight. Tell your son or daughter what you forgot about before they left for a friend's house. Or send a message to that friend who's been offline for six months. AIMMachine is your IM Answering Machine, and much more.
AIMMachine Services
In the true spirit of the Internet, we have made AIMMachine free to all, to DM your friends at will. You won't have the fun of spamming your friends with DM's, since we've limited the service in the following ways, but it's still fun to surprise them with DM's!
- Up to 3 DM's (Delayed Messages) in queue at one time
- Subject to Advertising
- Only most recently sent DM will be saved in the system
